We are appealing for donations towards a replacement Equipment Van to continue to make urgent, often same day deliveries of items. This van, replacing “Tom’s Van donated by Val Harold” is critical to support our vital services and enable patients to die at home in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by those they hold dear.
“The support we received as a family was fantastic during a difficult time….the provision of equipment and resources was sensitive and thoughtful”

From 6th November until 5th December 2017 and give what you can. Thank you.
Although I required help to care for my husband in his last days for one night only, the member who came to the house was exceptionally good. We also had input before and after his death where representatives called to tell us about alternative therapies etc. I also appreciated the information about grieving and how to recognise and accept what is happening to me after my loss
The service provided has been truly excellent in every respect. From the attention from the overnight sitter through to the supply of equipment it has all been faultless. The nurses have all been professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Frankly it would not have been possible to care for my mother at home without the support so readily provided
Wonderful treatment – wonderful Complementary Therapist who was so supportive. The whole experience helped during a very difficult time
Good to have someone to talk to about how I felt, sympathetic, supportive and encouraging.
(In reference to Bereavement Counselling)
Excellent care received for my mother from the WHOLE team; nursing and office staff initially, equipment loan staff (advice and delivery of equipment) and especially the nurses and healthcare assistants who cared for mother overnight for me to get some sleep. We were dealt with professionally with understanding and awareness of mother’s needs and always with a smile – thank you
I cannot fault the care, dedication and understanding of the people who work for Paul Sartori. This is a valuable service for not only patients but family members also. A persons end of life is frightening for everyone involved. The care and support was expertly delivered from the 1st phone call to the after support. I have never met such a dedicated team. Thank you for everything, you made a difficult time easier
