Paul Sartori Hospice at Home is a Pembrokeshire Charity belonging to our community, and because of this we would like to share details of the Charity’s 2020 Annual General Meeting which covered the results of the Foundation between April 1st 2019 to the 31st March 2020.
The Paul Sartori Foundation held their Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 25th November 2020.
Due to social distancing restrictions brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic the Board of Trustees decided to hold this year’s AGM virtually. Also, to help simplify voting procedures the Board agreed to deliver the AGM to Voting Members only. There were 26 Voting Members present, plus 10 Voting Members who selected a proxy to represent them during the meeting.
As the meeting was closed to staff, volunteers and the general public a summary of the proceedings and the activities discussed at the AGM have been published for general viewing. To view the summary please download it via the link below.
