Clinical Services
All our services are available to people over 18, living in Pembrokeshire, in the later stages of any life limiting illness. All services are free of charge and we will accept referrals from any source.

Our dedicated group of Registered Nurses, Senior Nursing Assistants and Nursing Assistants all providing hospice at home care
Enquire about our Standby Service – want to know more about our services in case you need us in the future

From beds to bedpans, rapid response delivery to your home by our experienced Equipment team

Our Counselling services are offered to the families and carers of our patients. We do also take outside referrals for anyone who is bereaved

Our part time Physiotherapist is available for advice and support

Our group of Complementary Therapy volunteers are led by Team Co-ordinator Heather, and they offer a variety of treatments at Paul Sartori House and within patients own homes

Advice and support to write down your wishes for your future care

Education is at the heart of our mission. We provide training and education to our own staff, as well as to other Health and Social care professionals, who care for patients with palliative care needs
