December Dash – (Single entry)

Join in our ‘December Dash’ for some fun, festive fitness for all the family!

The ‘December Dash’ is a 5k event which you can complete (*)anywhere, in your own time between the 1st & 31st December 2020.

We encourage festive fancy dress too!

(prizes for the best child, adult and ‘bubble’ fancy dress)

Everyone who completes the December Dash will receive a medal.

You will need to send across proof of completing the 5k distance and photo’s for the best fancy dress prize.

Please help us to raise vital funds for the Hospice at Home services in Pembrokeshire by taking part and having some fun. It has been extremely difficult to raise the funds needed, with our events being postponed and retail stores closed during the pandemic.

Rules:

• The challenge must be completed between 1st & 31st December 2020
• Proof of the distance completed to be sent in by 8th January 2021
• Distance to be recorded on an app, eg Strava, Garmin, MapMyRun etc
• Medals will be sent out by the end of January 2021
• No refunds available
