The Light up a Life season is a national event with hospices from across the UK taking part. The season starts at the beginning of December and ends in January.
The Paul Sartori Hospice at Home charity has been hosting an annual Light up a Life Ceremony in the community for over 15 years. Although this year we cannot physically stand side-by-side to celebrate the lives of those close to us who we have lost, Paul Sartori believe we can unite virtually to celebrate the lives of those closest to us who have died, and continue this important remembrance service.
The Paul Sartori Light up a Life event is an opportunity to join others who are bereaved and are going through similar experiences. This event is a celebration of the lives of those close to us who have died; an opportunity to remember them through readings, music and the lighting of candles; at a special time set aside from the humdrum of everyday life.
This year due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will be streaming our pre-recorded annual Light up a Life service online. We would like to take this opportunity to extend an invitation to attend our ceremony which will be a pre-recorded broadcast on Saturday 5th December at 3pm.
