The Inner Wheel club of Haverfordwest is part of the largest women’s organisation in the world; which was originally formed for the wives and family members of Rotary International. Today any ladies who would like to be part of an organisation which offers friendship through personal service and embraces international service are welcome to join.

Angela Evans is the current President of the Haverfordwest Inner Wheel, and she has been busy organising events to support their chosen Charity of the year. They have held lunches, a coffee morning, raffles and an afternoon tea to raise vital funds for Paul Sartori Hospice at Home. A fantastic total of £1000.00 was raised, and they recently went to present the cheque at Paul Sartori House, Winch Lane, Haverfordwest.

“I personally would like to thank Angela and all of the Inner Wheel members for raising a staggering amount of money, which will go towards a range of services for Pembrokeshire people living in the final stages of a life-limiting illness” said Phil Thompson MBE, Chair of Paul Sartori.

Paul Sartori Hospice at Home provides a range of services to Pembrokeshire people living in the final stages of a life-limiting illness, including home nursing care, equipment loan, complementary therapy, bereavement and counselling support, clinical nurse specialist in palliative care, physiotherapy, advance care planning and training.

The services provided by the Paul Sartori Hospice at Home enable people in the later stages of any life-limiting illness to be cared for and to die at home with dignity, independence, pain free and surrounded by those they hold most dear, if that is their wish.
