It is 36 years to the day that the Paul Sartori Hospice at Home Services Articles of Association were signed by the original Trustees; Michael Burke, Roger Burns, Mike Evans, Carmel Gould, Mary Thomas and Ted Wilks. Today the charity provides Hands on Care, Equipment Loan, Physiotherapy, Complementary Therapy, Bereavement Counselling, Advance Care Planning, Training and a Clinical Nurse Specialist delivering symptom control and advice.

The services were set up in the name of Father Paul Sartori, a local priest whose vision was to provide Hospice care to Pembrokeshire people living at the later stages of any life limiting illness.

Today, Paul Sartori Hospice at Home deliver over 22,000 hours of care to over 1,000 people a year. It is with sincere thanks to the local community and businesses for the kind donations, gifts and volunteering enabling the charity to provide it’s vital services free of charge, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

“These wonderful people moved into my father’s home for the last 5 days of his life, they treated him with kindness dignity and compassion. Day & night they supported me & allowed me to step back from my caring role & be a daughter again. Paul Sartori are a blessing. Thank you.”
