Laura joined Paul Sartori in 2016 as Clinical Team Manager, taking responsibility for the operational management of our clinical services. A trained physiotherapist, she brought extensive experience from a range of healthcare settings, including leading a multidisciplinary team at the Cleddau River Day Unit in South Pembrokeshire.
With strong local healthcare links and experience in enablement and chronic conditions, Laura has played an important role in developing our services and extending their reach. She became Chief Executive Officer of the Paul Sartori Foundation in March 2026.

Paul joined Paul Sartori in 2009 and brings more than 25 years of experience in accounts and financial management. Having originally studied accounting and worked within accountancy firms, he later completed a degree in Environmental Studies before returning to Pembrokeshire.
As Finance Manager, Paul oversees the charity’s finances and helps ensure our resources are managed responsibly and sustainably.

Julia has overall responsibility for our retail operations across Pembrokeshire. She leads our Sartori Stores and retail teams, helping to maximise the income generated through donated goods and retail activity.
This income plays a vital role in enabling Paul Sartori to continue providing its services free of charge to people across the county.

Board of Trustees
The Paul Sartori Foundation is governed by a voluntary Board of Trustees who bring a broad range of clinical, financial, legal, business and community experience to the charity.
Our Trustees provide strategic leadership and ensure the Foundation operates in the best interests of the people it serves.
They oversee areas including governance, finance, clinical services, strategy, property, retail and fundraising, while ensuring the charity meets its legal and regulatory responsibilities. Our Trustees give their time voluntarily, attending Board and committee meetings as well as providing advice,
expertise and practical support to the wider Paul Sartori team.

David has been a Trustee since 2014 and has supported Paul Sartori since its early years. Originally trained in civil engineering, he later became a Chartered Management Accountant and spent much of his career in education, retiring as Assistant Principal at Pembrokeshire College. David brings considerable financial, management and local experience to the Board and, outside Paul Sartori, enjoys family life and cycling.

Ian is a well-known Pembrokeshire businessman with extensive experience in retail, leadership and community involvement. He has developed his family business within Pembrokeshire and has held leadership roles within organisations including Round Table and Rotary. A longstanding supporter of his local community, Ian brings significant business and community experience to the Board.

Dylan joined the Board in 2020 following his retirement from local accountancy practice Ashmole & Co, where he specialised in the charity sector. His career also included financial roles within the NHS. He brings considerable financial and charity governance experience to Paul Sartori and is a member of the Audit and Finance Committee.

Phil brings extensive experience in public relations, community affairs, communications and fundraising from a career spanning the energy and business sectors. His work has helped generate significant funds for local and national charities. Awarded an MBE in 2009 for services to the community and fundraising, Phil has been a Paul Sartori Trustee since 2013.

Finlay retired from General Practice in Milford Haven in 2014 after a 33-year career. He has a longstanding professional interest in palliative care and holds a Diploma in Palliative Care from Cardiff University. Finlay joined the Board in 2014 and contributes his extensive clinical experience as a member of the Clinical Governance Committee.

Liz has been a Paul Sartori Trustee since 2007 and is the charity’s Responsible Individual for Care Inspectorate Wales. A qualified nurse, she maintains her professional registration and has also worked as an Associate Lecturer on nursing programmes at the Open University. Liz brings extensive nursing and clinical governance experience to the Board and serves on several of the charity’s committees.

Martin qualified as a doctor in 1986 and spent more than 30 years in General Practice, including many years at Narberth Health Centre. His career combined patient care with teaching, clinical leadership and community involvement. Martin became a Trustee in June 2025 and serves on the Clinical Governance and Strategy Sub-Committees, bringing considerable clinical and leadership experience to the Board.

Ros has supported Paul Sartori for many years, becoming a Voting Member in 2006 and a Trustee in 2007. Her experience spans farming, business and community organisations, alongside many years supporting local fundraising. Ros has served across a number of Paul Sartori committees, bringing extensive local knowledge and a longstanding commitment to the Foundation.

Jason became a Voting Member in 2013 and brings extensive retail, management, recruitment and HR experience. His career has included senior retail management roles and recruitment, and he is currently a Director of Pembrokeshire-based renewable energy company Green Warmth Ltd. His commercial and people management experience provides valuable expertise to the Board.

Daniel joined the Board following his retirement as Senior Partner at Haines & Lewis solicitors. Originally from Pembrokeshire, he returned to the county in 1994 and established Haines & Lewis in 1996. His legal career included considerable experience working with trusts, property and charities, expertise which he now brings to his role on the Paul Sartori Board.
Voting Members
Our Voting Members are supporters who take an active interest in the future of Paul Sartori and contribute their skills, knowledge and experience to the charity. They are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting and help guide Trustees on significant decisions affecting our aims and objectives.
Voting Members can also provide a pathway to future Board membership, with Trustees often selected from within the Voting Member group.
