From nurses providing care in people’s homes to our office teams, retail staff, fundraisers, and volunteers, every person contributes to making our services possible.
Working in hospice care can be incredibly rewarding. Whatever your role, you can see the difference your time, skills, and experience make to local people and their families.

Nursing Assistant
Paul Sartori is known for delivering palliative care in the community. We have a number of vacancies available to support our Hospice at Home service, due to the increasing need for respite care at home, and a number of our team retiring.
There are day and night shifts available, caring for a palliative patient in their own home, anywhere in Pembrokeshire. Work is allocated based on your availability, on a monthly basis.
Nursing assistants will need a minimum of a Level 2 QCF in Health & Social Care in order to meet the requirement to register with Social Care Wales, whilst undertaking Domiciliary Care.
The ability to drive a car is essential, you will be based in the community and work alone in patients’ homes. You will be paid travel and time expenses and be expected to participate in regular Clinical training.
Palliative care experience would be an advantage.

Volunteer with Us
Our volunteers are an essential part of the Paul Sartori family, giving their time, skills, and enthusiasm to help make our work possible across Pembrokeshire.
There are many ways to get involved. You could join the team in one of our Sartori Stores, help behind the scenes with e-commerce or donated goods, or get stuck into our fundraising events, from welcoming visitors and running stalls to selling raffle tickets and serving refreshments.
We also have opportunities for people who can bring specialist skills to our services, including qualified complementary therapists and bereavement support counsellors. Whatever your experience or interests, volunteering with Paul Sartori is a chance to meet people, be part of your local community, and directly support the work of Hospice at Home.
