Community Champions
Our Community Champions
Are the incredible people, groups, and organisations across Pembrokeshire who give
their time, ideas and energy to support Paul Sartori Hospice at Home.

From sponsored challenges and coffee mornings to music events and Charity of the Year partnerships, our Community Champions find all sorts of ways to raise money and awareness for our hospice at home services.
There is no single way to become a Community Champion. Whether you raise £50 with friends or bring a whole organisation together to support us, you are helping Paul Sartori continue caring for local people and families.
Taking on a Challenge
Meet our Community Champions
One of our own Senior Nursing Assistants, Pauline, became a Community Champion by taking on the incredible challenge of walking the entire 186-mile Pembrokeshire Coast Path in support of Paul Sartori, raising money on JustGiving.
Your challenge can be as ambitious or as personal as you like. Walk, run, cycle, swim, or create a challenge completely your own and ask friends, family, and colleagues to support you.

Charity of the Year
A local ukulele group, The Slipway Ukes, joined our Community Champions by choosing Paul Sartori as their Charity of the Year, using their lively performances and community connections to raise and incredible amount of funds, fun, and awareness for our charity.
Charity of the Year partnerships are not just for businesses. Clubs, societies, community groups, and workplaces can all choose Paul Sartori and bring people together for a local cause.

Bringing the Community Together
Some of our Community Champions start with something as simple as putting the kettle on.
Coffee mornings, afternoon teas, quizzes, bake sales, and community events are fantastic ways to raise money while bringing people together. Take Janet, who hosted a community brunch in her glorious garden in memory of her Mum, and raised vital money for Paul Sartori.
You do not need to organise something huge to make an impact. Every fundraiser helps support our work across Pembrokeshire.
