Your donation helps Paul Sartori Hospice at Home provide free nursing care, equipment, complementary therapy, bereavement counselling and future care planning for people and families across Pembrokeshire. However you choose to give, your support helps local people receive care, dignity and comfort in the place they know best: their own home.

Donate Online
The quickest and easiest way to support us is through our secure online donation page. You can make a one-off donation, give regularly or create a fundraising page to share with family and friends.
You can choose to donate anonymously. If you are fundraising for Paul Sartori Hospice at Home and provide your contact details, our team will be in touch to thank you and offer any support you may need.
Donate by cheque
Please make cheques payable to Paul Sartori Foundation Ltd and send them to:

If you would like us to acknowledge your donation, please include your name, address, and any relevant information with your cheque.

Cash donations can be made at Paul Sartori House or at any of our Sartori stores across Pembrokeshire. Please ask for a receipt and a Gift Aid form if appropriate.

Make your donation worth 25% more
If you are a UK taxpayer, Gift Aid allows us to claim an additional 25p for every £1 you donate, at no extra cost to you.
To qualify, you must pay enough UK Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax to cover the Gift Aid claimed on all your charitable donations during that tax year.
Simply complete our Gift Aid declaration when donating online or download and return our Gift Aid form.
Play the Unity Lottery
Support Paul Sartori Hospice at Home while giving yourself the chance to win up to £25,000 every Saturday through the Unity Lottery.
Entry costs £1 per week, with 50p from every £1 coming directly to Paul Sartori Hospice at Home. Once registered, you will receive a unique six-digit number which is automatically entered into the weekly draw.
You can join online or pick up a leaflet from one of our Sartori stores. Full terms and conditions are available on the Unity Lottery website. Players must be aged 18 or over.

Every donation matters to us, whatever its size.
Online donations are usually acknowledged by email unless the donor has chosen to remain anonymous. For donations made by cash, cheque or standing order, please provide your name and contact details if you would like to receive an acknowledgement. Our team aims to send thank you letters within four working weeks of receiving a donation.
