Christ Church in Milford Haven once again held their Annual Christmas Carol service last year; all in aid of Paul Sartori Hospice at Home. The Church has a small choir and they made the decision between them to support the local charity again in 2018, by having a collection at their service.

They raised a fantastic £240.00 at their Christmas Carol service which will help the charity to continue providing the vital support to Pembrokeshire people living in the later stages of any life-limiting illness. “With all the good work you do all over the area, we thought it fitting to choose Paul Sartori Foundation again this year” said Peter Griffiths of Christ Church, Milford Haven.

Phil Thompson, Chair of Paul Sartori Hospice at Home said “We are extremely grateful of the Christ Church’s support by donating their collections to us at Paul Sartori. It is through the generosity of the Pembrokeshire people that we can provide these vital services from home nursing care and equipment loan to the complementary therapies, bereavement and counselling support.”

The Paul Sartori Hospice at Home Service provides a range of services to Pembrokeshire people living in the final stages of a life limiting illness, including home nursing care, equipment loan, complementary therapy, bereavement and counselling support, clinical nurse specialist in palliative care, physiotherapy, advance care planning and training.

The services provided by the Paul Sartori Hospice at Home Service enable people in the later stages of any life limiting illness to be cared for and to die at home with dignity, independence, pain free and surrounded by those they hold most dear if that is their wish.

Services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, thanks to the kind generosity of the Pembrokeshire Community.
