Paul Sartori Hospice at Home, who deliver end of life support in Pembrokeshire recently received a donation of £2,000 from local business Elliots Hill Care who provide supported living, community outreach and residential care.  This donation was part of their most recent local charity support programme.

The donation will contribute towards the wide range of services available by Paul Sartori to people living in the final stages of a life limiting illness in Pembrokeshire.  These services enable individuals to be cared for and to die at home if that is their choice.  The charity works closely with other organisations and compliments the statutory provision locally to provide support to patients with any life limiting illness, their families and carers.

Simon Clarke from Elliots Hill Care said, “We want to support local charities and have a Charity Grant for the Charity of the Year.  All of the staff here at Elliots Hill Care had a vote to see which Charity would benefit this year.  We chose Paul Sartori Hospice at Home because of the great end of life care they deliver in Pembrokeshire.  Here at Elliots Hill Care we also offer high quality care with supported Living, residential care and community outreach.  We recognised that the care that Paul Satori offer in our community is outstanding.”

“This really is a wonderful donation.  I cannot thank Elliots Hill Care enough for this extremely generous donation to help towards our end of life care services here in Pembrokeshire.  Thank you does not feel enough.  Donations like these allow us to provide free end of life care to people in Pembrokeshire who need it.  From all of us at Paul Sartori, we truly are incredibly grateful,” explained Pat Coombs, Clinical Coordinator at Paul Sartori.
