The Paul Sartori Hospice at Home Service supported Andrew’s family in the last days of one of their family member’s lives, helping them to meet their wish to die at home, with dignity and surrounded by those they loved.
Last year the Foundation provided over 19943 hours hands on care to 353 patients and delivered 1146 items of equipment to 375 people. The Foundation can only provide this level of help, with the support of our local community.
