On Sunday 10th March the annual County Wedding fair was held at the Brithdir Hall, on the Pembrokeshire Agricultural Society Showground. The Pembrokeshire wedding fair takes place twice a year and it is a very popular event. With over 100 local exhibitors there is everything you will need to make your wedding day one to remember.
This event which started in 2002 is one of the largest wedding fairs in Wales, and this year they chose to support local charity Paul Sartori again, Pembrokeshire’s only Hospice at Home. Paul Sartori supplied the refreshments for the shoppers throughout the day.
Sandy Stark, Management RN at Paul Sartori said “We are so grateful to large, local events such as the Pembrokeshire Wedding fair for supporting the charity. It is through the generosity of the local community that we are able to provide end of life care to Pembrokeshire people.”
The Paul Sartori Hospice at Home Service provides a range of services to Pembrokeshire people living in the final stages of a life-limiting illness, including home nursing care, equipment loan, complementary therapy, bereavement and counselling support, clinical nurse specialist in palliative care, physiotherapy, advance care planning and training.
The services provided by the Paul Sartori Hospice at Home Service enable people in the later stages of any life-limiting illness to be cared for and to die at home with dignity, independence, pain free and surrounded by those they hold most dear, if that is their wish.
Services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, thanks to the kind generosity of the Pembrokeshire Community.
