This is so much more than just a charity fundraiser………………

You will be physically challenged and your personal boundaries pushed. All of your senses will be stimulated by the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of this beautiful region of India. You will build new lifelong friendships while supporting a valued, vital local charity, making this an experience of a lifetime, never to be forgotten.

The Paul Sartori Foundation is very excited to announce details of their fourth overseas challenge to raise vital funds for Pembrokeshire’s ONLY Hospice at Home Service.

The 10 day Kerala challenge, India will commence on the 21 November 2022.

This stunning trek takes place in India’s Kerala province, home to some of the highest peaks in the Western Ghats. The challenge will take us through tea plantations, exposing us to beautiful scenery, we will trek and camp near mountainside villages. Then continue through woodland, fields and more tea plantations to over 2630m, where we will have awe-inspiring views of the

great mountainous region.

This will be a tough challenge but one where our efforts will be rewarded by, raising much needed funds for the Paul Sartori Hospice at Home Service, viewing some of the most magnificent mountain panoramas in the world and making life-long friends with

like-minded people.

Discover Adventure are the tour operators organising this trip, and they grade their challenges Yellow, Orange or Red, increasing in challenge levels.

This trek lies within the Orange range.

The grade is determined by factors such as terrain, distance, climate, altitude, etc. Each colour grade has a spectrum which reflects the difficulty of these factors; trip duration, accommodation and living conditions are also taken into account.

It isn’t easy but you can do this!

Feedback from Previous Paul Sartori Overseas Challenges

“The Paul Sartori overseas trips have been a wonderful experience. I have made wonderful friends and seen some amazing sights. The crew have been wonderful too, always putting our safety and our needs first. This is the first time I have taken part in anything as adventurous and without my family. I surprised myself by what I was able to achieve and how much I raised for the Charity. People in Pembrokeshire are so supportive of Paul Sartori. I was humbled by the people I met and the stories I was told about how much the charity had helped them”

“The Paul Sartori Great Wall of China trip exceeded my expectations. It wasn’t easy, but the crew and my friends got me through. There were other challenges such as the food and accommodation, but in the end these didn’t matter and became a part of the experience.  The fundraising side was hard for me but the team at Paul Sartori helped me and gave me lots of support. The whole experience from start to finish have given me memories that will last forever.”
