The Temple Bar is a family friendly pub located in Amroth, and is situated very close to the beach with a fantastic patio facing directly onto the golden sands. They have been extremely busy throughout August, holding Bingo and Quiz nights to raise vital funds for local charity; Paul Sartori Hospice at Home. An amazing sum of £745.50 was raised in total.

“Ian Wilkinson, Landlord of The Temple Bar has done a fantastic job arranging these fundraising events for the past two years, and we are very pleased that he chose to support The Paul Sartori Foundation once again” said Lisa Wells, Income Generation Team Administrator.

Fiona Ramsden, Manager of Tenby and Narberth Sartori Stores said “We are so grateful of The Temple Bars support by holding all these events. Dave Richardson, Roy Lewis, Marion Lewis, Tony Smiles and Mike Kingston were the quiz masters who also did a great job. Raising over £700.00 is a fantastic achievement.”

“I personally would like to thank Ian and everyone at the Temple Bar for raising a staggering amount of money, which will go towards a range of services for Pembrokeshire people living in the final stages of a life-limiting illness” said Phil Thompson MBE, Chair of Paul Sartori.
