Western Telegraph Health & Care Awards 2018 🏆🍾🎉
What a fantastic evening for Paul Sartori Foundation at the recent Western Telegraph Health & Care Awards. The Advanced Care Planning Team and The Equipment Loan Team both through to the final of the “Together We Achieve” Award.
Also Elaine Lane was shortlisted and through to the final for “The Support Staff of the Year” category.
The Equipment Loan Team consisting of Lucy French and Leanne Ryder won the “Together we Achieve” award, this is a fantastic accomplishment.
The team had a great evening together supporting each other. (Unfortunately Lucy was unable to attend).
