Education is at the heart of our mission “to provide excellent end of life care to the people of Pembrokeshire”. We provide training and education to our own staff, as well as to other health and social care professionals, who care for patients with palliative care needs.
Our Clinical Educator, Sarah Hunter, together with other members of our multidisciplinary team are responsible for facilitating and co-ordinating both formal and informal training programmes.
We have an ongoing, varied programme of updates and development for staff and others. Please contact Sarah for further details.
We work in conjunction with health and social services to provide courses such as:

- Advanced Care planning
